Building a #STRONGIOWA

When people hear the name “Iowa State University Extension and Outreach,” the first thing that usually comes to mind is agriculture and 4-H, but there’s a whole lot more to them than just those two things.  With Extension and Outreach Week being celebrated next week, March 27 through April 2, 2016, the Wright County staff is hoping to educate the public on just how many great programs are offered right here in our own area that we are fortunate to have access to.

“There are so many people out there who don’t know all the things we do,” said Kelly Grandgeorge, Wright County ISU Extension and Outreach office manager. 

“We have so many resources,” added Jessica Norman, County 4-H Youth Coordinator.

In fact, ISU Extension serves a 99-county campus, providing answers and education to Iowans through Iowa State University research and resources.
