Your input is needed - Wright County "health needs" survey will help determine top health concerns

Wright County Public Health, in partnership with Iowa Specialty Hospital, is asking Wright County residents, and those who may not live in Wright County, but spend a significant amount of time in the county (say working a job), to take just 10 minutes out of their day to fill out a “health needs” survey.  That’s less time than many of us spend scrolling through Facebook or checking out Pinterest each day.  Still, with time being at a minimum, and obligations at a maximum these days, you might be wondering, “What’s in it for me?”  You don’t get paid to complete the survey; there’s no prize to win; nor is there a free gym membership.  But, what you do get goes far beyond any tangible item.  What you get is better access to health care options and programs that can literally change your life for the better.
