We're the Iowa 1A Dual Tournament Wrestling Champions!

Clarion-Goldfield High School won Iowa's State 1A Dual Tournament on Wed, Feb 19, making the Cowboys state champions!

The championsip dual meet was versus Don Bosco Gilbertville, and the Cowboys pulled ahead in the last match to win 32 - 29. Earlier in the day, they defeated Wilton 38 - 31 and the first-seeded Alburnett 35-28. 

Individual matches start Thursday, while Clarion-Goldfield schools celebrate with a snow day. Stay safe during the blizzard, everyone.
