Simmons' goal: to get students excited about reading

Casey Simmons is back and glad to be here.

Simmons, originally of Dows, is one of more than a dozen new teachers who has joined the Clarion-Goldfield-Dows School District family this year.

He is a Title 1 Reading teacher, which for him, has been an enjoyable experience so far.

“I’ve always liked to read,” Simmons said. “So it’s fun to be able to help out in a Title I classroom.”
