Pizza Ranch to host free Christmas dinner

At Thanksgiving, many in the Clarion area enjoy attending the free annual dinner hosted by the Clarion Ministerial Association. The meal is a help to those who may not be able to travel to see family, and is a wonderful way to celebrate the holiday with the community.

This year, locals will have the opportunity to enjoy a similar free meal on Christmas day. The dinner is being organized by Clarion Pizza Ranch part-owner Lorie Allen in memory of her husband, Bret, who died in February this year.

“They do something for Thanksgiving, but we don’t have anything for Christmas,” Allen said. “This will be a similar sort of meal. It’s going to be open to everybody.”

Like with the Thanksgiving dinner, Allen is requesting that those who wish to attend will pick up a free ticket.

Tickets for the meal, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., are available now at the restaurant.
