Paving of 14th Street may be in spring of 2015

The paving of 14th Street in Clarion may not be started until the spring of 2015, according to Dave Doxtad, I&S Group, the engineer for the White Fox Landing housing development project.

Doxtad said right now, they are preparing to install the stone subbase and will monitor the removal of subsurface moisture to decide when to begin this next step in the project.

“We want to ensure that a good base is established prior to paving with a rigid concrete pavement,” he said.
