Otto Joseph (Joe) Tegland, age 91, of Belmond passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015, at the Iowa Specialty Hospital in Belmond. Graveside memorial services for Joe Tegland will be held in the Evergreen Cemetery in Clarion later this summer 2015. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dugger Funeral Home, 111 Luick’s Lane South in Belmond.
