New art teacher brings experience and passion to school

Whether it be surrealism, drawing portraits, or just doodling, Kaira Downing has a passion for art.

Downing has brought this passion as well as five years experience to the Clarion-Goldfield-Dows School District this year where she will teach elementary art.

And she is happy to be back in a small town.

 “I love the small town feeling,” she said. “And I  am excited to be living in Clarion.”
