                Matthew Scott McAdams, age 45, of Golden, Colorado, died suddenly on April 26, 2015, after suffering a sudden cardiac incident while biking.

                 

                Memorial service Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 2 p.m., Holy Shepherd Lutheran Church, 920 Kipling, Lakewood, CO. 80215. In lieu of flowers, memorials to National Stroke Association or memorials to the family at forevermissed.com/mattmcadams.
