Live Healthy Program Jump Starts The New Year

If your New Year's Resolution was to get healthier in 2014 then Live Healthy Iowa may be right up your alley.

     The 10-week event is designed to encourage participants to change their daily habits in ways that improve their health.

     "It's our way to promote health and wellness," says Tiffini Toliver, Public Health Administrator for Wright County.

     County employees have been encouraged to sign up as teams to push each other into better health habits, which could include more exorcize, better eating, stress reduction, or getting checked out by a doctor.

     "Everybody might have a different goal," says Toliver.
