Frances M. McAllister, age 95, of Dows passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the Clarion Wellness and Rehabilitation in Clarion. Funeral service for Frances M. McAllister will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at the Presbyterian Church in Dows. Pastor Shawn Hill will officiate. Burial will take place in Fairview Cemetery in Dows. Visitation for Frances M. McAllister will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at the church.
