Cowgirls take sixth at invitational in Ballard

The cross country teams took part in an invitational at Ballard on September 15.

The Cowgirls took sixth, out of 10 teams, in the final standings. North Polk was first with 53 points, followed in the top six by: South Hardin 58, West Central Valley 117, PCM 119, CMB 157 and C-G-D with 157.

The Cowboys took 11th out of 12 teams, with Garner-Hayfield/Ventura taking the title with 48 points. They were followed in the top three by Eagle Grove with 61 and North Polk with 91.
