Cowgirls going to state golf tournament

The Cowgirl golf team is headed back to state for the first time since 2009 after taking second at the regional final in Milford. Unity Christian was team champ with a 362 followed by C-G with 381. Junior Mikaela Livengood also returns to state individually, after finishing second with an 18-hole total of 82 (just 10 over par). They will play next Monday and Tuesday (June 2-3) at the Ames Country Club course as they compete for a possible 3A state title!
