Cowgirl track & field team takes third at Garner

Forest City took the team title with 163 points at the Cardinal Girls Relays last Tuesday in Garner. They were followed by: Central Springs 117.5, C-G-D 95, Belmond-Klemme 76.5, Clear Lake 76, Hampton-Dumont 69, Eagle Grove 51, Lake Mills 45 and G-H/V with 44.

Courtney Harle continues her strong start with another win in the 100 dash, clocking in at 13.26 to take the event. Not to be outdone, Kendall Lienemann came through in the 400 hurdles with a 1:12.10 for first place. A handful of second place finishes included Natalie Kirstein (long jump), the 4x2, Harle again in the 200 dash and the 4x4 to finish the night.
