Cowgirl golfers win again, defeat G-H/V

In a true team win, the Clarion-Goldfield-Dows girls golf team needed nearly all scorers to defeat Garner-Hayfield/Ventura 235-239 last Tuesday in Garner. Carlee Frayne of the Cardinals was medalist with a 41, followed by teammate Jailyn Krein as runner-up with a 52.

Counting cards for the Cowgirls were turned in by Hannah Tew and Nicole Waters, both with 56 totals, Eden Polzin with 59 and Katie Haberman with 64. Other rounds were played by Jadyn Jondle (70) and Reagan Goodell (78).
