Cowboys win districts, qualify six for state

The Clarion-Goldfield-Dows wrestling team went into the 1A district tournament with the most qualifiers, and came out with six of them punching their ticket for the state wrestling tournament this week.

The Cowboys took the team title with 97.5 points, with the rest of the top five of the 13-team field as: South Central Calhoun 63, Ogden 61, Belmond-Klemme 59 and Central Springs 59.
