Cowboys unable to get win against Humboldt

 Last Tuesday night in an NCC home contest, the Clarion-Goldfield-Dows varsity basketball team stayed ahead or right with a stubborn Humboldt squad before falling 79-58.

After a tied score at 12-12 after one period, the red and black forged a 36-32 advantage at the break. Humboldt then used a strong third quarter to go up 52-45 to start the final eight minutes.
