County gives green light for Belmond project

Belmond Mayor Al Mattison, Belmond City Council members and Keith Heim of MaxYield, urged the Wright County Board of Supervisors to strongly consider moving forward with the paving project south of Belmond.

And after a discussion about it, the Board responded that they would look at their upcoming year' budget and try to work the approximately $300,000 project into it.

The project is paving 700 feet of road on 150th Street near the MaxYield fertilizer plant.
