Coach Kakacek releases final Cowgirl stats, All-NCC teams

Clarion-Goldfield-Dows head girls basketball coach Kevin Kakacek has now released his team’s final overall stats, along with the stats for North Central Conference games and the All-NCC team lists. He also includes his overall comments on the season.

The team finished 10-12 overall, with a 7-7 conference record which put them in fifth place. Hampton-Dumont took the title with a 13-1 mark, followed by Algona, Clear Lake and Humboldt all bunched together with 9-5 records. Hampton-Dumont was also first in the Pride Division at 6-0, with the Cowgirls third at 2-4. Algona won the Tradition Division with a 5-1 record. Two Cowgirls were rewarded with selection to the All-Conference teams. Maddie Disney made the First Team, with Mekenzie Alberts getting a nod to the Third Team, in the league balloting.
