Chyann Rynae Banta

Chyann Rynae Banta, age 15, of Forest City passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014, west of Forest City as a result of injuries received in an auto accident.

                Funeral services for Chyann Banta were held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 1, 2014 at the Garner Hayfield High School Auditorium. Pastor Rod Hopp will officiated. Burial was in the Madison Township Cemetery south of Forest City.

                Visitation for Chyann Banta was held from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 31, 2014 at the Dugger Funeral Home, 111 Luick’s Lane South in Belmond and continued one hour prior to services on Saturday.
