Chamber of Commerce Planning Sizzlin Summer Nights

Summer is just around the corner and the Clarion Chamber and Development is preparing for something new to bring activity to the city.

     From 4 to 8 p.m. each Wednesday from May 20 to August 5 there will be games, music, and shopping all around the Courthouse Square. Stores will stay open late, vendors will set up shop, and local bands will entertain as the Clarion Chamber and Development hosts Sizzlin Summer Nights.

     "We first came up with this idea when we were in the Business Promotion committee," said Brittany Howieson, one of the event coordinators.

     "Our goal behind this is to have a fun event to go to in the summer," said co-event coordinator Ashley Recknor.
