Bryce Davis takes over as new County Economic Development Director

Bryce Davis is a native Iowan, and knew that someday he wanted to return to his home state. When that chance came, he could not pass up at least trying for it. He is now back, and getting used to his new office as Wright County Economic Development (WCED) Director.

“There were not too many jobs readily available when I made the decision to return to the state,” said Davis. “I’m impressed initially with Wright County, and the economic situation here. There’s a lot of potential, and I’ve been busy in my first month. The economy is doing well here in handling the growth, and the money and resources are available here to handle it. There are innovative and progressive thinkers here. Dennis (Bowman) and Brad (Hicks) have done a great job here, and I hope to expand on their work.”
