Last Thursday night in Algona, the Clarion-Goldfield-Dows wrestling team took care of another NCC opponent in downing Algona 57-20. Justin Portillo (106), Josh Portillo (126), Joel Haberman (132), Tanner Abbas (138) and Zach Pogge (195) all scored points by fall, with Justin’s the quickest in a mere 23 seconds. Ben Powers took a 9-4 decision over his opponent.

Justin Portillo is recognized as the newest member of the Cowboy wrestling 100-win club, and is congratulated by head coach Kurt Morgan.
